Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

• Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree with 16 years of education, with at least 60% marks or a GPA of 2.5/4.0 or 3.5/5.0 from HEC-recognized Pakistani or foreign institutions. Relevant fields of study include:

Age:

• Maximum age: 26 years (as of September 8, 2024)
• Age relaxation of 3 years for female candidates, transgender persons, candidates from minorities, and individuals from Baluchistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and previously FATA areas.

2. Submission Requirements:
   • Ensure all necessary details, including your photograph and date of birth, are provided. Applications missing required information will not be considered.
   • Applications submitted via email or in person will not be accepted.

Application Deadline: September 23, 2024

Testing Procedure:

• A pre-induction written test will be conducted at designated centers. Shortlisted candidates will receive notifications through SMS, admit cards by postal mail, and information uploaded on the testing agency’s website.
• No testing fee is required.

Selection Process:

• Candidates who pass the written test and meet the eligibility criteria will proceed to the next phase, which includes group discussions, psychometric tests, and panel interviews.
• Original documents, such as educational certificates and CNIC, will be required during the interview process.

Pre-Induction Training: Successful candidates will undergo training at the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF) in Islamabad. Upon completing this training, they will be appointed as Assistant Director (OG-2) at SBP in Karachi.

Compensation Package:

• During training: Rs. 41,000 monthly stipend.
• After induction: Rs. 82,000 monthly salary, along with other allowances/benefits according to SBP rules.
